Dispatchers are responsible for assigning on-call runs to couriers in an efficient manner and making sure routes are flowing correctly and on-time each day. Dispatchers must have excellent road knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. Customer Service Reps are responsible for inputting orders and new customers into the system as well as handling customer concerns and involving dispatch and the operations manager when necessary. All Inside Operations Staff will possess excellent computer skills with an emphasis on typing. Must be able to multi-task and assist with any special projects on an as needed basis.
