"ZIP" - Our fastest local service, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Delivered approximately one (1) hour from call in. Save on multiple shipments to the same Zip Code, $6.00 each additional location.

Discounted Rate Services

"EXPRESS" - Quick and efficient at savings off our Zip service. Delivered in about two (2) hours from call in. Save on multiple shipments to the same Zip Code, $5.00 each additional location.

"SHUTTLE" - Save even more by utilizing the Shuttle. Delivered approximately three hours (3) from call in.

"SAME DAY" - Call us by 11:00 a.m. and Zip will have your package delivered by 5:00 p.m. the same business day.

"NEXT DAY" (local) - Our most economical service. Packages picked up by 5:00 p.m. will be delivered by 12:00 noon the following business day. (Out of Town – Next Day) Packages picked up by 5:00 p.m. will be delivered by 12:00 noon the following business day to and from the following locations: Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, Nashville, Evansville, Frankfort, Elizabethtown, Hopkinsville, Madisonville, Owensboro, Paducah, Richmond, Shelbyville, Danville, LaGrange, London, Somerset, Pikeville, surrounding areas and more.

SCHEDULED ROUTE SERVICES - Scheduled/Routed delivery services are provided for time-sensitive regional deliveries that, by their nature, are recurring. Pick-up and delivery schedules are tailored to the needs of each customer. Route schedules and manifests are updated daily to ensure the needs of customers are continuously met.

Weight and Oversize Allowances

The "ZIP" and "EXPRESS" services allow you to ship up to 100 lbs. Shipments over 100 lbs. add $8.50 per hundred lbs. Light but bulky shipments exceeding 66 inches in combined length and girth are deemed oversize and are rated an additional $8.50. NIGHT & WEEKEND rates apply for service 10:00pm – 6:00am Monday-Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays, add $15.00 to each delivery. Shipments requiring a VAN are rated at $25.00 plus the Zip rate.

Weight allowances for the "SHUTTLE", "SAME DAY" & "NEXT DAY" (Local) are 50 lbs. per shipment. Shipments over 50 lbs. are rated $4.50 per 50 lbs. up to 200 lbs. maximum shipment to one location. (Out of Town – Next Day) shipments are 25 lbs. per shipment. Shipments over 25 lbs. are rated $4.50 per 50 lbs. up to 200 lbs. maximum shipment to one location. Oversize shipments need to be sent on the ZIP or EXPRESS service.

Waiting Time & Attempted Pick Up & Residential charges may apply to the above services. Ten minute waiting time is allowed. Additional delay is rated at $8.50 per 15 minutes. A charge of one half the “Zip” rate is added for attempted pick ups. Add $5.00 for residential shipments.

Minimum Invoice Amount - $10.00 per invoice.
