Operations are 24/7 in the Zip Express highly secured branches. Locations are alarmed and use state of the art surveillance systems that are monitored at the branch level as well as at our customer support center.

 

All of our staff is highly trained on security and have emergency procedures in place to ensure the safety of your product. Zip Express is pro-active in making procedural changes as the market calls for additional or heightened security levels.

Subject to the customer directives, drivers take preventative security measures throughout their day and are regularly updated on security procedures and awareness.

Vehicles are locked and sealed until they reach their destination.

Hard wired GPS tracking units are used on all line haul trucks.

Zip Express facilities have alarm systems, camera systems, panic buttons and secured segregated cages are used for high value controlled items.
